Both Karen and Garry have had extensive life experiences that have helped their hypnotherapy journeys, for example Garry has some interesting and amusing anecdotes about spending time with voodoo tribes studying their techniques and approaches.
Over their decades of experience, both Karen and Garry have been faced with very unexpected and difficult clients and situations. These have stretched their abilities into coming up, ‘on the spot’, with unique, innovative and unusual approaches.
Karen and Garry have often discussed many of these (often amusing) stories and feel that a wider audience would benefit from their insight, knowledge (and humour).

A bit about the co-presenter, Karen Hand.Karen Hand is an award-winning best-selling author, Board-Certified Hypnotist and Certified Instructor, NLP Master Practitioner, and EFT Facilitator. She is an active member of and trainer for: NGH, ICBCH, IACT, IHF, and NFNLP.
Karen has helped clients make amazing changes in their lives that include greater self-esteem and self-acceptance, a lasting positive attitude, release of limiting beliefs or paralyzing fears. Karen specializes in pain management, 5-Path Hypnotherapy and protocols in the management of migraines, Fibromyalgia, IBS, smoking cessation, weight control and habit change. She also teaches the art of hypnosis in classes scheduled throughout the year and conducts ongoing workshops for conferences and small groups.
